“Jordan James is a Premier League player in the making, I feel like he’s ready for the top-flight” – Cody Drameh issues clear Jordan James claim amid transfer battle from Everton and Wolves

Everton and Wolves, as well as overseas interest from Atalanta, are eyeing the talented Welsh international, Jordan James.

James has been making a strong impression for the Blues over the past few seasons, attracting interest from several clubs eyeing his signature.

Now, one of his fellow teammates has expressed confidence in his potential to move to the top-flight in the future.

Birmingham City loanee Cody Drameh has described his Blues teammate Jordan James as a future Premier League player.

With experience in the top-flight and being familiar with the Premier League environment from his time at Leeds United in recent seasons, Drameh is well-positioned to assess the qualities of a Premier League player.

Given this perspective, his positive assessment of Jordan James and his potential future in the Premier League is particularly noteworthy.

“Jordan James is a Premier League player in the making,” Drameh explained

“He’s a top player and I feel like he’s ready for the top-flight.

“Starting every game for Birmingham and Wales, at 19 years old, reflects how good he is as a player.”

The impressive displays of Jordan James above have sparked interest from several clubs in the Blues academy product in recent months.

In fact, there were reports indicating that multiple teams made unsuccessful attempts to acquire James during the January transfer window.

According to The Sun, Crystal Palace made an attempt to secure James’ signature during the winter transfer window, with plans to loan the midfielder back to Birmingham City.

However, their offer was considered low, although the Eagles are reportedly still interested as the summer approaches.

In addition to Palace, other Premier League clubs like Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton have previously shown interest. Meanwhile, reports suggest Leicester City is also keen on James.

However, James’ potential moves are not limited to England. Serie A side Atalanta made bids for the 19-year-old during the January transfer window, while Lecce was linked with him last summer.

Whether these clubs will renew their interest in the summer remains uncertain. Nonetheless, their pursuit underscores how James’ performances for Birmingham City have caught the attention of clubs abroad as well as domestically.
